The xCraft Rogue is definitely one of the fastest RTF (ready to fly) FPV racing drones that you can buy today. The big difference between it and a regular racing quadcopter is the booster motor attached to the back of the craft. This motor drives a horizontally mounted propeller that pushed the aircraft to crazy speeds with the flip of a switch. While most racing drones use the 4 vertical propellers for both maneuvering and lift, the xCraft Rogue’s dedicated forward thrust motor makes a huge difference in the drone’s speed. Obviously this is not a drone for beginners, but certainly is one that needs to be checked out. Who knows, maybe this fifth motor on the back will become the new standard in racing drones going forward!
